Live Venice like a Venetian

Our Bed & Breakfast is situated in the historic heart of Venice, near the Chiesa dei Miracoli, a two minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge. Our Parocchia San Canzian is still very authentic, with all kinds of local craftsmen and small shops. But it also has some of the best restaurants in town, like the Fiaschetteria Toscana and some typical “Baccari”, the venetian Wine & Tapas bars.

Our house is an early Gothic palace, build in 1260. A gated private courtyard hides the entrance from the “Salizada” San Canzian, the main street....
